| 摘 要： | 杆状病毒表达载体系统是当前基因工程四大表达系统之一,已广泛应用于重组蛋白的合成。文章对杆状病毒表达载体筛选、用于蛋白生产的昆虫细胞培养的研究现状、存在的问题、解决途径和展望进行了较详细的论述。 |

| Abstract: | Baculovirus-insect expression system as one of the four expression systems,has been widely utilized in synthesis of recombinant protein.In this review,we focus on the current understanding of filtration of the baculovirus expression vector and the cell cultures,problems at present and future vista.which is used in recombinant protein production.Also,the lakes and uses of the baculovirus expression vector system(BEVS)are discussed in this paper. |
