摘    要:本研究发现,稻瘟菌激活蛋白可明显提高丝瓜、番茄等发芽率,促进种子发芽整齐,同时对促进植物幼苗生长、健壮也有明显的作用。处理水稻后,控制稻瘟菌效果达50.68%;抗旱综合指数也从55提高到92。经激活蛋白处理后,植物的纤维素酶和醇脱氢酶活性增强,过氧化氢和脯氨酸的含量提高,这些酶和活性物质在促进植物生长抗逆方面能发挥重要作用。

Abstract:The activator protein from Magnaporthe grisea could significantly promote seed germination and young seedling growth;it also could improve the disease resistance with the defensive efficiency of 50.68% and drought resistance of rice with the drought resistance integrated index increased from 55 to 92.The activities of cellulose and alcohol dehydrogenase,and the contents of hydrogen peroxide and proline of plant were enhanced after treatment,which play important roles in promoting plant growth and improving stress tolerance.
