摘    要:研究采用Pikovaskaia's(PKO)无机磷培养基和蒙金娜有机培养基,对西安和兰州两地多年生草坪根际溶磷菌进行分离筛选,共获得302种分离物,利用溶磷圈法,选出溶磷能力较强的菌株10株.分离物溶解无机磷D/d值为3.174~1.324.在1%显著水平下,L17、X11和X20三者之间的溶磷能力差异不显著,但它们和其它菌株的溶磷能力差异极显著.溶解有机磷的各菌株能力也相差较大,D/d值最大是L14为3.059,最小是L19不利用有机磷;L14和L18两菌株间的溶磷能力差异不显著,但它们和其它菌株的溶磷能力均有极显著差异.结果表明,L17、X11和X20在研制微生物肥料时有较大的潜力.

Abstract:The PKO and Mongina organic culture medium are adopted in order to isolate phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria in rhizosphere of prenatal turf in Xi'an and Lanzhou.Total 302 strains are obtained.Finally 10 strains are selected to study by the means of the size of phosphorus-solubilizing.D/d value of solubilizing inorganic phosphorus is from 1.324 to 3.174.At the 1% level,the ability of phosphorus-solubilizing of L17,X11 and X20 does not show significant difference,but they are significantly different with other strains.The ability of solubilizing organic phosphorus is also different.The highest D/d value is 3.059 of strain L14,the lowest is 0(L19 was not used).At the level of 1%,L14 and L18 have no difference,but they have significance difference with other strains.The conclusion is that L17,X11 and X20 show great potential for P-biofertilizer producing for turfgrass.
