摘    要:建立了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定虾中硒含量的分析方法。研究了仪器的工作条件、试剂对硒测定的影响;探讨了消化试剂对样品消化的影响和共存离子的干扰及消除。在优化的工作条件下,硒的检出限为0.078ng/ml,相对标准偏差为0.45%,线性范围为0~50ng/ml。应用该方法检测了不同虾中的硒含量为0.14~0.33mg/kg,加标回收率为94.4%~103.8%。

Abstract:An analytical method for the determination of the Selenium Content in shrimp by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) was established. The effects of the working conditions of instruments and reagents on Selenium determination were investigated; the effects of digest reagents on digestion of samples and the interference and elimination of coexisting ions were discussed. The detection limit for selenium was 0.078 ng/ml under the optimum working condition, the relative standard deviation was 0.45%, and linear range of 0~50 ng/ml. The selenium content in different shrimps of 0.14~0.33 mg/kg, which were detected by this method, and the recoveries of standard addition were 94.4%~103.8%.
