| 摘 要： | 通过对1988～2007年在我国申请的香蕉发明专利进行统计分析,分析专利的内容、年限分布、授权量及申请人分布等情况,从而反映我国对香蕉开发利用的知识产权状况,并揭示香蕉开发利用的发展方向。

| Abstract: | This paper has calculated the literatures of the applications for the banana invention patents ranging from 1988 to 2007 and analyzed the patents' content,time distribution,number of the authority and the places where these applicants are distributed,in order to reflect the situation of knowledge property right and disclose the developing direction of the patents on banana in China. |
