摘    要:调节性T细胞是机体免疫功能的重要调节因素,近年来的研究提示Toll样受体可以直接或间接的调控调节性T细胞的抑制功能。作者的研究显示:在CD4、Treg和DC反应体系中加入TLR7配体Loxoribine后CD4 T细胞的增殖增强,Treg的抑制功能丧失;进一步用Loxoribine分别处理CD4 T细胞、Treg、和DC细胞后发现,Loxoribine处理的DC,一方面使CD4 T细胞增殖增强,一方面使Treg抑制功能丧失;且通过trans-well试验证明Loxoribine作用于DC使Treg抑制功能丧失是通过DC释放的可溶性分子介导的,而不是通过细胞与细胞之间的接触来实现的。

Abstract:Regulatory T cells play a very pivotal role in regulating the immune function,recently,growing evidence suggest that Toll-like receptors can directly or indirectly regulate the immune suppressive function of regulatory T cell.Our present research demonstrated that the proliferation of CD4 T cell was enhanced after TLR7 ligand(Loxoribine) was added into the CD4,Treg and DC mixture reaction system and the suppressive function of regulatory T cell was refractoried.The extensively study showed that Loxoribine pre-treated DCs could not only increase the proliferation of CD4 T cells,but also inhibit the suppressive function of regulatory T cells.Trans-well experiment further displayed that Loxoribine-treated DCs refractoried the suppressive function of regulatory T cell is meditated by some soluble factors,but not through cell-cell contact.
