CPPU处理瓠瓜子房对叶片光合作用和~(14)C-同化物分配的影响

摘    要:CPPU处理瓠瓜子房可显著增加瓠瓜果实的早期产量和后期产量 ,采收日期提早 2 0d左右 ,总产量提高 46%。CPPU参与了植株源库关系的调节 ,与对照相比 ,CP PU处理后叶片干重降低 3 0 % ,而果实干重上升 43 % ,地上部总干重则无明显差异。CPPU处理后叶片的光合作用加强 ,14 C同化物从标记叶的输出率以及在果实中的分配率都比对照显著增多 ,表明CPPU处理增大了果实的库强 ,促进了同化物向果实的运转。

PHOTOSYNTHESIS AND ~(14)C-ASSIMILATE DISTRIBUTION AS INFLUENCED BY CPPU TREATMENT ON OVARY IN Lagenaria leucantha
Abstract:Treating ovary with CPPU significantly increased fruit yield especially the early yield in Lagenaria leucantha. As compared with control, fruit harvesting was ahead of about 20 days and the total fruit yield was increased by 46%. CPPU treatment also decreased the source/sink ratio of the plants. Leaf dry weight was reduced by 30%,while the fruit dry weight increased by 43%. The total biomass remained almost unchanged. Net photosynthetic rate and the export ratio from the labeled leaf and allocation of 14 C assimilate to fruits were all increased by CPPU treatment. CPPU strengthened sink activity and accelerated the translocation of assimilate to the fruits.
