钙在梨成花中的动态及作用研究

摘    要:为弄清钙在花芽分化中的作用,以黄花梨为试材,对成花中芽和叶片Ca的动态进行了分析。结果表明:成花中的短枝芽的Ca含量在花芽发端期之前有一个积累高峰,以后随着花芽分化的进行而逐渐被消耗。短枝叶和新梢叶所含Ca是随着叶片的成熟而升高,但在成花发端期呈上升趋势并有所回落;注射CaAc和PP333也具有这一趋势,而GA则使Ca在成花期形成高峰,注射CaAc,PPP333可使中长枝上的腋花芽数明显增多,而G

Abstract:Before the flower initiation phase, there was an accumulation peak of Ca (calcium) content, which reduced during flower differentiation in the spur buds. With ripening and aging of the spur leave and the shoot leave, the Ca content rose, but the increasing rate of Ca content was reduced during the inducing of flower differentiation. The same result was produced by treatment of CaAc or PP 333 as above, but treatment of GA had a high peak of Ca content during the flower differentiation. CaAc or PP 333 could significantly increase the number of flower buds on mediate-length shoots, whereas GA had the opposite effect. The best treatment time was before the flower initiation phase.
