摘    要:目的]研究采用含不同浓度的矮壮素(CCC)保鲜液对月季切花保鲜的影响。方法]设计不同的处理,研究测定了月季花的瓶插寿命、花茎变化、水分平衡值以及生理生化指标。结果]适当浓度的CCC能有效地增加切花鲜重,增大花茎,改善切花体内的水分状况,降低脯氨酸和丙二醛含量,延缓膜透性的增加,从而延缓切花衰老,提高切花寿命。结论]其中以保鲜液处理B:30g/L蔗糖+200mg/L8-HQC+50mg/LCCC的保鲜效果最好。
