磴口地区肉苁蓉质量研究

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)、醇溶冷浸法和马福炉法测定磴口地区3个主要地域所产肉苁蓉的药用成分、浸出物、灰分等质量指标。结果表明:磴口地区所产肉苁蓉质量均优于中国药典水平,但是各个产地间质量存在差异,这为磴口县肉苁蓉的合理利用提供了保障。

Study on Quality of Cistanche deserticola Ma in Different Regions of Dengkou

Abstract:High performance liquid chromatography,alcohol cold soak method and muffle furnace were used to determine the medicinal ingredients, extracts, ash and other quality indicators of Cistanche deserticola Ma in 3 main regions of Dengkou. The results showed that the quality of Cistoache deserticola Ma in Dengkou regions were superior to Chinese Pharmacopoeia level ,but there were some differences among various origins. The results provided a guarantee/'or the rational use of Cistanche deserticola Ma in Dengkou.
