割手密种质资源的营养价值评价

摘    要:测定43 份割手密种质营养期干物质粗脂肪粗蛋白中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、粗灰分钙和磷等8 个营养指标,以粗蛋白,粗脂肪中性洗涤纤维,酸性洗涤纤维和磷钙作为判断指标,用层次分析法对其营养价值进 行评价,结果表明,营养价值最高的为A49广西,其干物质粗蛋白粗脂肪粗灰分中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维 钙和磷的含量分别为32.35%,7.20%,4.06%,8.07%,75.81%,50.72%,0.23%和0.16%;营养价值最低的为A3(广东)其 干物质粗蛋白粗脂肪粗灰分中性洗涤纤维酸性洗涤纤维钙和磷的含量分别为32.24%,4.62%,0.51%,6.38%, 46.40%,40.02%,0.15%和0.09%,各种质材料间的粗蛋白含量差异显著,最高的A48(9.11%)是最低的A14(3.72%)的 2.4 倍并将43 份种质分为高营养型中等营养型和低营养型3 类旨在为割手密作为饲草应用提供理论依据。

Nutrition value evaluation of Saccharum spontaneum L. germplasm resource
Abstract:The dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, crude ash, P and Ca was tested in the paper. The nutritional quality evaluation by AHP with crude protein, crude fat, neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber, and P and Ca showed the 43 germplasms could be devided into three categories: high, ordinary, and low nutritional quality. The test showed that A49 had the highest nutrition value, which including 32.35% gross dry matter, 7.20% crude protein, 4.06% crude fat, 8.07% crude ash, 75.81% neutral detergent fiber, 50.72% acid detergent fiber, 0.23% P and 0.23% Ca. Besides, the tset also indicated that A3 had the lowest nutrition value, which consisted of 32.24% gross dry matter, 4.62% crude protein, 0.51% crude fat, 6.38% crude ash, 46.40% neutral detergent fiber, 40.02% acid detergent fiber, 0.15% P and 0.09% Ca. The purpose of discussing the nutritional value of Saccharum spontaneum L. in this paper was to provide the theoretical basis of Saccharum spontaneum L. as forage grass.
