臭氧水防治草莓白粉病的效果评价

摘    要:以草莓白粉病为研究对象,通过不同浓度的臭氧水以及臭氧水与枯草芽孢杆菌协同防治来评价防治效果。结果表明,采用1.0-1.5 mg·L-1的臭氧水每 2 d喷雾 1 次,连续使用,对草莓白粉病具有一定的防治效果,臭氧水与枯草芽孢杆菌1000倍液协同使用,对草莓白粉病的防治效果与常规化防效果相当,第 2 次处理后 14 d的防效达139.44%,持效期明显延长。因此在草莓生产中白粉病预防可以间隔3-5d单独使用1.0-1.5mg·L-1浓度的臭氧水;治疗白粉病可以与枯草芽孢杆菌协同使用,间隔5-7d喷施1.0-1.5mg·L-1浓度的臭氧水,待臭氧水风干以后再喷1000倍液的枯草芽孢杆菌,此方法可有效降低化学农药的使用量,具有较高推广价值。

Abstract:Taking strawberry powdery mildew as the research object, the control effect was evaluated by different concentrations of ozone water and the synergistic control of ozone water and Bacillus subtilis. The test results showed that the use of 1.0-1.5 mg·L-1 ozone water sprayed once every 2 days and used continuously had a certain control effect on strawberry powdery mildew, and the ozone water and Bacillus subtilis 1000 The synergistic use of double liquids has the same effect on strawberry powdery mildew control as conventional chemical control. The control effect reached 139.44% 14 days after the second treatment, and the lasting effect was significantly increased. Therefore, in the prevention of powdery mildew in strawberry production, ozone water with a concentration of 1.0-1.5 mg·L-1 can be used alone at 3-5d intervals; powdery mildew treatment can be used in conjunction with Bacillus subtilis, and 1.0-1.5 mg·L-1 can be used at intervals of 5-7d. L-1 concentration of ozone water, after the ozone water is air-dried, spray 1000 times of Bacillus subtilis, this method can effectively reduce the use of chemical pesticides, and has high promotion value.
