文心兰顶叶对低温胁迫的生理响应

摘    要:以文心兰‘金辉’品种为试材,采用不同低温、不同低温处理时间测定顶叶相对电导率,以及可溶性糖、脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量等变化。结果表明:随着温度的降低和处理时间的延长,文心兰顶叶的相对电导率和Pro含量逐渐升高,MDA含量逐渐降低,可溶性糖含量先升高后降低。相对电导率、Pro及MDA含量在低温胁迫过程中呈规律性变化,可作为文心兰耐寒性鉴定关键指标。


Physiological Responses of Apical Leaves on Oncidium Plants under Low Temperature Stress
Abstract:Changes on relative electric conductivity,soluble sugar,proline (Pro) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the apical leaves of Oncidium Gower Ramsey,Jin Hui,under low temperatures with varied durations were studied.The results showed that the electric conductivity and Pro content increased with the stress,but MDA decreased with the treatment time.The content of soluble sugars rose initially,and then,declined as the temperature was lowered and the stress continued.The changes on the leaf relative electric conductivity,Pro and MDA induced by the stress showed a consistent pattern suggesting that they could be used as an indicator in evaluating the cold tolerance of an Oncidium plant.
