摘    要:目的]测定产地为黔东南林区雷山、黎平的原生态纯天然绿色环保绿茶中微量元素锌的含量。方法]湿法消解试样,正交试验优化最佳仪器工作条件,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定微量元素锌。结果]线性范围为0.000~2.000μg/ml,标准曲线相关系数r为0.999 00,特征浓度为0.02μg/ml,检出限为0.04μg/ml;4种绿茶的标准偏差SD为0.17%~0.24%、相对标准偏差RSD为0.49%~0.57%、回收率为98%~101%。结论]该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,结果准确。

Abstract:Objective] The study was conducted to detect the trace zinc content in aboriginal ecological green tea produced from Leishan and Liping of southeastern Guizhou forestry region.Method] The instrumental parameters were optimized by orthogonal experimental design.Trace zinc was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Result] The linearity range was 0.000-2.000 μg/ml.The calibration curve was linear with r﹦0.999 00.The characteristic concentration was 0.02 μg/ml and the detection limit was 0.04 μg/ml.Standard deviation(SD) of the 4 types of green tea were 0.17%-0.24%.While RSD was 0.49%-0.57%,and recovery rate was 98%-101%.Conclusion] The method was simple,accurate and with high sensitive.
