摘    要:目的]研究不同亚麻(Linum usitatissimum)品种的抗旱性以筛选抗旱品种。方法]以坝亚3号、坝亚7号、坝亚9号、坝亚11号、坝亚12号、坝亚13号为试验材料,研究不同PEG浓度对亚麻幼苗形态和萌发抗旱性的影响。对发芽期指标幼苗长度、幼苗干重、萌发指数、活力指数进行测定,采用模糊隶属函数法进行综合分析和评价。结果]不同亚麻品种的抗旱性为:坝亚7号>坝亚9号>坝亚12号>坝亚3号>坝亚11号>坝亚13号。结论]该研究可为亚麻旱地栽培和抗旱育种提供理论与实践指导。

Effects of PEG on Seedling Morphology and Drought Resistance of Flax(Linum usitatissimum)

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to study drought resistance of different flax varieties and then screen varieties with resistance to drought.Method] The influences of different concentration PEG on drought resistance of six flax varieties,Baya No.3,Baya No.7,Baya No.9,Baya No.11,Baya No.12,Baya No.13,were studied.And their indices at germination period,such as seedling length,seedling dry weight,germination index,vigor index,were determined and then comprehensively analyzed and evaluated them by fuzzy membership function method.Result] The results indicated that the drought resistance of different flax varieties were as follows: Baya No.7 > Baya No.9 > Baya No.12 > Baya No.3 > Baya No.11 > Baya No.13.Conclusion] The study provides a theoretical and practical guidance for flax's dryland cultivation and its breeding for drought resistance.
