Abstract: | The principle of aqueous two-phase extraction technology principle and the factors affecting the aqueous two-phase partition coefficient were introduced.The research and application of aqueous two-phase system in extraction of enzymes,antibiotics and other compounds were reviewed.The application prospect was also forecasted. |
