| 摘 要： | 目的]研究五味子藤皮油状物的化学成分。方法]采用气相-质谱-计算机联用技术分析五味子藤皮油状物的主要成分。结果]气相色谱共分离出36多种化合物,经与质谱标准图谱比较检索出其中19种化学成分,含量较高的分别为亚油酸(30.06%)、油酸(17.17%)、棕榈酸(11.05%)、丁香烯(10.40%)、肉豆蔻酸(6.21%)和十七烷酸(4.39%)等。结论]五味子藤皮脂溶性成分主要为不饱和脂肪酸。

| Abstract: | Objective] To study the liposoluble components from the rattan of Schisandra chimensis.Method] The liposoluble components were analyzed by GC-MS-computer technology.Result] There were more than 36 compounds,19 compounds of them were identified with the computer standard spectra as 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid(Z,Z),methyl ester(30.06%),9-Octadecadienoic acid(Z),methyl ester,Hexadecanoic acid,methyl ester(11.05%),caryophyllene(10.40%),Tetradecanoic acid,methyl ester(6.21%),Hepatadecanoic acid,methyl ester(4.39%) and etc.Conclusion] The liposoluble constitument from the rattan of Schisandra chimensis is mainly unsaturated fatty acid. |
