摘    要:通过对马铃薯生产加工专业概况的介绍,完善了原有的专业人才培养目标,以模块式教学课程体系和三级递进式的实践教学方式为基础,建立了科学合理的人才培养方案,并从理论课和实践课比例、教学方法和手段以及考核方式等方面,对人才培养方案进行了调整。

Exploration and Reform of the First Potato Production and Processing Professional Personnel Training Mode

Abstract:Through introduction of potato production and processing major,the original professional personnel culture target was perfected.With module type course system and three stage progressive practice teaching method as basis,the scientific and reasonable talents culture scheme was established.The talents culture scheme was adjusted from aspects of ratio of theory class and practice class,teching method and assessment way.
