桃儿七挥发油成分的GC-MS质谱分析

摘    要:目的]对桃儿七挥发油化学成分进行GC-MS质谱分析。方法]采用超声-索氏抽提组合法提取桃儿七中挥发油化学成分,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术结合计算机标准谱库检索对其化学成分进行分析,结合质谱数据库NIST2008对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定,并通过总离子流色谱图的面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果]初步确认出其中48种化合物的可能结构,有32个化合物与质谱数据库匹配度较高,占桃儿七挥发油成分的66.66%。其中胺类5种,占挥发油含量的1.16%;酸类6种,占挥发油含量的6.04%;醇类5种,占挥发油含量的6.55%;酯类9种,占挥发油含量的38.82%;酮类4种占挥发油含量的10.09%。结论]分析桃儿七挥发油的化学成分有助于发现桃儿七挥发油的特征性成分,为针对性地提取分离挥发油中的化合物提供参考。

Analysis on Volatile Oil from Sinopodophyllum emodi by GC-MS

Abstract:Objective] GC-MS was conducted on chemical constituents of volatile oil from Sinopodophyllum emodi.Method] Chemical constituents of volatile oil from Sinopodophyllum emodi was extracted by Ultrasonic and Soxhlet method,and the constituents were analyzed by GC-MS and computer database,and the structure identification of isolated components was conducted with database NIST2008 of mass spectrometry.The relative content of each component was calculated by area normalization.Result] Among 48 compounds,the matching degree of 32 compounds is higher with mass spectrometry database,accounting for 66.66% of volatile components.There are 5 kinds of amine accounting for 1.16%,6 kinds of acid,accounting for 6.04%,5 kinds of alcohols accounting for 6.55%,9 kinds of ester,accounting for 38.82%,4 kinds of ketone accounting for 10.09%.Conclusion] The identification of chemical compounds which extracted by Ultrasonic and Soxhlet extraction is helpful for finding out characteristic compounds from volatile oil of Sinopodophyllum emodi.The methods can be applied in specialized isolation and identification of other samples.
