摘    要:目的]对从棉花根际分离到的促生细菌进行初步鉴定,观察了菌落特性、细胞特点。方法]采用常规的细菌鉴定方法和Vitek-AMS仪GNI测试卡。结果]经鉴定,WPL2菌株为假单胞菌,YPL2菌株为假单胞菌,C1菌株为阴沟肠杆菌,WPC2菌株为土壤杆菌。发芽试验结果表明,各处理的发芽势、发芽率、根长、茎长与对照间差异在0.05水平显著,分别比对照高出2.86%~12.86%、2.01%~14.78%、14.48%~19.39%、6.54%~18.55%。盆栽试验结果表明,各处理的叶绿素含量、株高、R/T与对照间差异在0.05水平显著,分别比对照增加0.8%~17.3%、2.7%~11.18%、34.48%~72.41%。大田试验结果表明,3种处理与对照间差异达到在0.05显著水平,可以在一定程度上促进棉花出苗。结论]菌株KL5、WPL2作为菌肥的效果比较稳定,促生效果明显;组合KL5、KL3+WPL2、YPL2的处理菌肥出苗率最高,可以作为促生菌肥的优良菌株。

Identification and Effects of Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria Isolated from Rhizosphere of Cotton

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to identify promoting rhizobacteria separated from cotton rhizosphere preliminarily and observe the colony characteristics and cell characteristics.Method] Normal bacteria identification method and Vitek-AMS instrument GNI test card was adopted.Result] Strain WPC1 was Pseudomonas spp.,strain YPL2 was Pseudomonas spp.,strain C1 was Enterobacter cloacae,and strain WPC2 was Agrobacterium ssp.Results of the germinative test indicated that all treatments had significant difference with control in germination vigor,germination rate,roots length,and stems length,which were higher than control by 2.86%~12.86%,2.01%~14.78%,14.48%~19.39%,6.54%~18.55%,respectively.Results of pot test indicated that all treatments had significant difference with control in chlorophyll content,plant height and R/T,which were higher than control by 0.8%~17.3%,2.7%~11.18%,34.48%~72.41%,respectively.Results of field experiment showed that all treatments had significant difference with control in the seedling emergence rate and growth-promoting of rhizobacteria,which could promote the seedling emergence of cotton.Conclusion] The effect of strains KL5,WPL2 as bacterial manure was relatively stable,and they had growth promoting effect.Germination rate of combination KL5,KL3+WPL2,YPL2 reached the maximum,and they could be used as superior strains.
