摘    要:针对当前耕地质量动态监测不足的状况,结合广东耕地自然和社会经济条件以及广东经济社会发展需求,科学构建耕地质量监测数据库和监测数据分析模型库。利用技术优势,基于3S技术研发具有针对性的广东特色耕地质量变化监测系统,实现耕地数据的动态管理与更新,使监测流程化、规范化,提高管理效率和科学化水平,并借助于专家系统进行快速分析与智能决策,达到"定位、定量、快速"监测耕地质量等级、数量、结构和布局目标。

Dynamic Monitoring System Design of Grade Changes of Cultivated Land Quality in Guangdong Province

Abstract:Aiming at the lack of dynamic monitoring of cultivated land quality,it is necessary to build the database of monitoring farmland quality and model library of monitoring data analysis in scientific way,with combination of the arable natural and socio-economic conditions in Guangdong as well as economic and social development needs of Guangdong.With the advantages of 3S technologies,it was proposed to develop a characteristic and targeted monitoring system of quality changes of cultivated land in Guangdong to realize dynamic management of cultivated land and updating the data and make monitoring processes and standardized and improving management efficiency and scientific level.By means of fast analysis and intelligent decision-making of expert system,the goal of monitoring quality grade,quantity,structure and layout of cultivated land with "positioning,quantitative and rapid" was achieved.
