碘量法测定海带中碘的含量

摘    要:将海带灰化后,用碘量法测定海带中碘的含量。以KMnO4为氧化剂,在碱性条件下,海带中I-离子被KMnO4氧化为IO3-,并在酸性条件下加入KI与IO3-反应生成I2,再用Na2S2O3溶液滴定。利用该法测得市售海带中每克干海带含碘0.6~0.7mg,其回收率为96.1%~101.1%。该方法操作简便、准确、无毒、无污染。

Abstract:After the kelp was been burnt to ashes, the iodine content can be determine by iodometry. KMnO4 is used as the oxidizer in this experiment. Based on the alkaline condition, the I^- in the kelp is oxidized into IO3^- by KMnO4 and on the acidic condition,adding KI and IO3^- to produce I2. And then dripping proper Na2S2O3 solution. What is more,it has no poison and pollusion. The result shows that,iodine content is about 0.6 -0.7mg per gram of dry kelp in the commodity kelp. And the recovery ratio was 96.1% - 101.1%
