摘    要:春小麦新品种定丰12是定西市旱作农业科研推广中心利用携带Ta1雄性不育基因的73-3/墨它为基础材料,通过多亲本杂交选育而成的,该品种在2000-2001年定西市春小麦区域试验中,平均折合产量6 247.50 kg/hm2,比对照品种定丰6号增产14.5%,2003-2004年甘肃省春小麦水地区域试验中,平均折合产量5 472.75 kg/hm2,与对照品种陇春23平产.2004年生产试验中平均产量4 908.0 0 kg/hm2,较当地主栽品种增产16.5%.抗条锈,抗倒伏.籽粒含粗蛋白13.76%、湿面筋30.8%,属中筋优质小麦.适宜在甘肃省安定、陇西、临洮、渭源、临夏等县(区)及宁夏西吉、隆德县种植.

Abstract:Spring wheat variety Dingfeng 12 was crossed by many parents 73-3/Mota as base materials by Dingxi Dryland Farming Research and Extension Center.The yield averaged 6 247.50 kg/hm~2 in spring wheat regional test of Dingxi city from 2000 to 2001,which was 14.5% higher than that of the check Dingfeng 6.The average yield was 5 472.75 kg/hm~2 in waterland regional test of spring wheat of Gansu province from 2003 to 2004,equivalent to the check Longchun 23.The average yield in production test was 4 980.0 kg/hm~2 in 2004,which was 16.5% higher than that of local variety.It was resistance to rust and lodging.The seed contain crude protein 13.76%,wet gluten 30.8%.It was suitable to be planted in Anding,Longxi,Lintao,Weiyuan,Linxia of Gansu province and Xiji and Longde of Ningxia.
