| 论我国农业科研创新团队建设的制约因素及对策 |

| 摘 要： | 文章针对当前我国农业科研创新团队建设中存在的突出问题进行了全面分析,指出现行科技体制的弊端、团队运行机制的不健全和团队文化建设薄弱是当前农业科研创新团队建设的三大制约因素,提出加强农业科研创新团队建设的5项对策,即:形成长期稳定的公益类农业科研投入机制、提高团队领导者的领导能力、完善业绩测评体系、建立有层次性和针对性的激励机制、加强团队文化建设。
