课程单元教学设计的质量取向——以“饲料质量检验、配方设计与营销”课程为例

摘    要:以真实任务的过程学习为特征的课程单元教学设计,包括课程背景分析、学习目标设置、学习任务确定、教学情景创设、教学资源准备和教学活动组织等六项内容。成功的设计是对传统教学继承基础上的改革,是对传统教学经验与新的职教理念的整合,即在传统讲练结合的接受式学习方式基础上嵌入启发式教学和体验式学习方式。其质量内涵是职业能力的养成。
