| 摘 要： | 文章概述了中央级科学事业单位修缮购置专项在基层单位执行过程中存在的主要问题,并总结提出了提高修缮购置专项执行管理的4项主要措施,即:编制高质量的修购项目规划是提高项目立项质量的基础、统筹安排项目的前期工作是加快修缮购置项目执行进度和质量保证的关键、抓好修缮项目的现场管理是保证工程质量和进度执行的核心、严格执行工程"四制"管理是修缮类项目安全规范执行的基本保证。
