| 摘 要： | 广东海洋人才培养与海洋经济发展不相适应,主要是涉海专业学生实践创新能力不强、专业结构和数量不合理、人才培养模式单一及尚未形成与社会紧密合作的育人平台。在剖析国内外海洋人才培养模式基础上,广东海洋大学吸收借鉴海洋人才培养的先进理念和经验,探索建立以学生为中心,结合第一、第二课堂,依托政府、企业、大学和研究所四个平台的多类型立体化海洋人才培养模式。
