| 摘 要： | 根据广东农工商职业技术学院农产品质量检测专业建设实践,提出＂校企合一,学工交替,专兼融合,实践性和职业性相统一＂的工学结合人才培养模式,并从优化课程体系、开发特色项目教学教材、进行教学模式、教学方法、考核制度的创新与改革、校内外实习实训基地建设和教学团队建设等方面,提出了具体的建设措施。
