| 摘 要： | 为了解目前高等农业院校研究生的就业与创业情况,以湖南农业大学为例,通过调查与分析发现,高等农业院校研究生多数对就业前景不太看好,但农科类研究生对就业前景较社科类研究生看好;大多数研究生认为＂自身能力与经验、技术不足＂是就业面临的最大障碍;研究生在校期间最想获得的就业指导项目是就业信息指导,其他依次为就业心理辅导,创业辅导,职业知识指导,择业方法与技巧指导等;研究生对创业并不是非常看好,原因可能是我国政府及学校在研究生创业方面引导、支持力度还不够,研究生自身能力和风险承受力有限等等。进一步促进研究生就业和创业,研究生自身需要提高能力和素质,校企需要进一步拓宽产学研合作领域,政府需要加大政策和资金支持。
