| 摘 要： | "无粮不稳,无粮则乱",粮食作为国家的基础产业,在国民经济中占据重要地位。对粮食进行补贴是各国政府保护农业、确保粮食安全最主要和最常用的政策工具。文章从理论和实证两方面分析当前我国不同的粮食财政补贴政策对粮食安全的影响程度,采用灰色关联度分析方法评价粮食财政补贴政策对粮食安全的效果,得出生产性专项补贴政策的总体效果优于综合性收入补贴政策的结论。

| Abstract: | "Without grain flabby,do not have grain is in chaos",Commissariat serves as the basic industry of the country,occupy the important position in national economy.On grain subsidy is a government protection to agriculture,ensuring the food security the most important and most commonly used policy tool.The article from theory and demonstration two respects analysis current our country different grain subsidy policies impact on food security degree,By using the grey correlation analysis method to evaluate the grain subsidy policies on food safety effect,The production of special subsidies policy overall effect is better than that of the comprehensive income subsidy policy conclusions. |
