| 摘 要： | 对蓖麻根际菌株LX6的抗菌活性进行了测定。结果表明,该菌株对多种植物病原真菌具有明显的抑制作用,表现出广谱抗菌活性。其中对三七根腐病菌(Cylindrocarpon destruans)、棉花枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、玉米弯孢病菌(Curvularia lunata)和禾谷镰刀病菌(Fusarium graminearum)的抑菌效果均达50%以上。通过对LX6菌株的形态特征、染色反应、培养性状、生理生化特征试验以及16S rDNA鉴定,该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌。 |

| Abstract: | The antagonistic activity of strain LX6 from castor-oil rhizosphere was determined in this paper.The results showed that LX6 strain had obvious antagonistic activity against many plant pathogenic fungus,especially to Cylindrocarpon destruans,Fusarium oxysporum,Curvularia Lunata and Fusarium graminearum,the antibacterial rate could be over 50%.According to the tests on morphological features,staining reaction,culture traits,physiological and biochemical characteristic and 16S rDNA,it was identified as Bacillus subtilis. |
