| 摘 要： | Bt是目前世界上研究最深入、应用最广泛的杀虫微生物.本文初步构建了生物农药Bt资源库,并研究了Bt菌株的形态学和生理生化特性,以及相关菌株的基因情况.该数据库的构建是保护有益生物菌株的有效途径,也是现代生物农药发展的必然要求. |

| Abstract: | Bacillus thuringiensis,a spore-forming bacterium that produces insecticidal proteins during sporulation,has been deeply studied and widely used.In this paper,Bt resource database was preliminarily established,where the morphology,physiological and biochemical characterics and genotypes of Bt strains were investigated.It is helpful for the development of Bt biopesticide and the protection of other beneficial bacteria. |
