| 摘 要： | 为了有效的利用近年来在四川具有稳定抗条锈病的3个抗性基因Yr5、Yr10和Yr15,利用Yr5基因的CAPS标记及方法、Yr10基因的SCAR标记及方法、Yr15基因的SSR标记及方法,筛选了2004、2005年度四川省小麦区试中抗条锈的小麦材料,发现在总共72份材料中,有4份材料有Yr5基因的CAPS标记带,1份材料有Yr10基因的SCAR标记带,8份材料有Yr15基因的SSR标记带。说明这三个抗锈基因在四川小麦育种中还有很大的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Three stripe rust resistant genes of Yr5,Yr10 and Yr15 showed stably resistance to local stripe rust races in recent years in Sichuan.Molecular markers for Yr5,Yr10 and Yr15 were employed to evaluate 72 wheat lines of Sichuan Province Trails in 2004,2005.The results showed that 4 lines had the CAPS marker for Yr5,1 line had the SCAR marker for Yr10,and 8 ones possessed the SSR marker for Yr15 in all 72 lines.It is seemed that the Sichuan wheat lines with resistant genes could be used for enhancing the diversity of resistant genes of wheat cultivars in Sichuan. |
