| 摘 要： | 作物种质资源亦称遗传资源或基因资源,它蕴藏于作物各类品种、品系、类型、野生种和近缘野生植物中,是改良农作物的基因来源,是农作物新品种选育和相关学科研究的重要物质基础和可靠保证。而指纹图谱是鉴别品种、品系的有力工具。鉴于此介绍了山西省作物种质资源的丰富度、当前国际、国内及山西省作物种质资源的研究现状,分析了存在的问题及原因,并从指纹图谱方面对山西省作物种质资源的研究提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Crop germplasm resources are called crop genetic resources or crop gene resources. They are in many kinds of cultivated, uncultivated varieties and related species. They are resources of targeted genes for crop improving, and the base of life materials and a reliable guarantee for crop breeding and other related studies. The finger print is very effective to identify crop germplasm. This paper reviewed the rich degree of crop germplasm in Shanxi, China and the studies of crop germplasm resources in the world, China and Shanxi. It also analyzed the problems and their causes on this study in Shanxi, and made the suggestions on the development of crop germplasm resources with the finger print in Shanxi. |
