栽培千里光和野生千里光中挥发油的化学成分及含量比较

摘    要:目的]研究栽培千里光和野生千里光挥发油化学成分及其相对含量,以期为千里光的合理开发提供一定的科学依据。方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法从栽培千里光和野生千里光中提取挥发油,利用GC-MS分析挥发油的化学成分组成。结果]栽培千里光和野生千里光挥发油的成分组成存在一定的差别,即从栽培千里光挥发油中鉴定出23种化合物,从野生千里光挥发油中鉴定出21种化合物,其中有13种化合物是相同的。栽培千里光挥发油中含有17种萜类化合物,6种脂肪族和芳香族化合物;而野生千里光挥发油中含有9种萜类化合物,12种脂肪族和芳香族化合物。2种千里光挥发油成分的含量也不同,即栽培千里光挥发油的主要成分是α-金合欢烯(11.60%)、α-石竹烯(13.49%)、石竹烯氧化物(8.57%)、棕榈酸(10.86%)和亚油酸(9.00%);而野生千里光挥发油的主要成分是α-金合欢烯(8.10%)、α-石竹烯(19.50%)、石竹烯氧化物(14.22%)、棕榈酸(21.45%)和亚油酸(13.66%)。结论]该法测定出栽培千里光和野生千里光挥发油的化学成分及其相对含量,这为千里光的合理开发和资源的可持续利用提供了一定的科学依据。

Comparative Research on Chemical Components and Relative Content of the Volatile Oil from Senecio scandens Buch-Ham.

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to study the chemical components and relative content of the volatile oil from the cultivated and the wild Senecio scandens Buch-Ham.,expecting to provide the scientific evidence for the reasonable utilization of Senecio scandens Buch-Ham.Method]The volatile oil was extracted from the cultivated and the wild Senecio scandens Buch-Ham.with the steam distillation,and was analyzed with GC-MS.Result]The results showed that main chemical components of the cultivated-volatile oil and the wild-volatile oil had certain difference:the 23 compounds and 21 compounds were identified from the cultivated and the wild Senecio scandens Buch-Ham.respectively,the 13 compounds were the same among them.The cultivated-volatile oil contains 17 terpenoids,6 aliphatic and aromatic compounds,while the wild-volatile oil contains 9 terpenoids,12 aliphatic and aromatic compounds.The relative content was different:the main components of volatile oil from the cultivated Senecio scandens Buch-Ham.were 11.60% of α-farnesene,13.49% of α-caryophyllene,8.57% of caryophyllene oxide,10.86% of palmitic acid and 9.00% of linoleic acid,while that of volatile oil from the wild Senecio scandens Buch-Ham.were 8.10% of α-farnesene,19.50% of α-caryophyllene,14.22% of caryophyllene oxide,21.45% of palmitic acid and 13.66% of linoleic acid.Conclusion]The chemical components of volatile oil in Senecio scandens Buch-Ham.was identified and each content was determined by this method,thus the study will provide the scientific evidence for the reasonable exploitation and sustainable utilization of Senecio scandens Buch-Ham.
