摘    要:花楸属植物具有较高的药用价值和观赏价值。国内外的文献研究显示,花楸属植物果肉、种子、去皮种子中均含有水溶性萌发抑制物质,种子的发芽率出苗率不高,实生苗繁育的关键是播种前需经低温催芽,也可以采取植物激素诱导;采用吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、植物生长调节剂GGR等植物激素诱导,能明显提高花楸属植物扦插的成活率;嫁接繁育不仅加快了天山花楸的成苗速度,还提高了观赏价值;组织培养育种周期短,利于商业化规模生产,是今后一个阶段需要突破的方向。

Advances in the Breeding Technology of Sorbus L.
Abstract:Sorbus plants have high medicinal and ornamental value. Literature studies at home and abroad show that water-soluble germination inhibitors are found in the pulp, seeds and peeled seeds of Sorbus, and the germination rate of seeds is not high. The key to seedling propagation is to germinate at low temperature before sowing, or to induce plant hormones; to use indolebutyric acid (IBA) and naphthalene acetic acid (NAA). The induction of plant hormones such as plant growth regulator GGR can obviously improve the survival rate of cuttings of Catalpa; grafting breeding not only accelerates the seedling growth rate of Catalpa tianshan, but also improves the ornamental value; the short period of tissue culture and breeding is conducive to commercial scale production, which is the direction to break through in the next stage.
