| 摘 要： | 基本国情和资源禀赋决定了一个国家的农业经营规模,农业发展的一般规律决定小农户家庭经营将是我国很长一个时期农业经营的主要方式。本文从科学认识小农户与现代农业发展衔接弱势入手,遵循现代农业的发展规律,在鼓励发展多种形式的适度规模同时,建议以现代科技和装备、现代管理意识等现代要素武装小农户,建立多层次农业社会化服务,完善扶持小农户发展的扶持政策,使小农户顺利进入现代农业的发展轨道。

Study on Integration Mechanism of Traditional Small Farmers and Modern Agriculture |

| Abstract: | The basic national conditions and resource endowments determine the scale of agricultural operation in a country. The general law of agricultural development determines that the family operation of small farmers will be the main mode of agricultural operation in China for a long time. The weak links between small farmers and modern agricultural development were analyzed. We should cultivate new types of agricultural businesses, such as large and specialized family businesses, family farms, farmer cooperatives, and agribusinesses, and develop large-scale agricultural businesses of various types. this paper suggests that small farmers should be armed with modern technology and equipment, modern management consciousness and other modern elements, establish multi-level agricultural socialization services and make small farmers advance smoothly. |
