摘    要:以非洲紫罗兰上部嫩叶或侧芽嫩叶诱导得出的无菌材料进行继代培养和壮苗生根培养,探讨了外源激素对其不定芽分化、继代增殖与不定根形成的影响,并筛选了适宜的激素水平范围,优化非洲紫罗兰组织培养体系,提高其植株再生率。结果表明:不同的继代培养基配方和生根配方均对非洲紫罗兰组培苗的植株高度、叶数、不定根数、叶绿素含量有一定的影响,增殖配方1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L对植株的生长最好;生根配方1/2 MS+NAA 0.05 mg/L+3 %蔗糖对非洲紫罗兰的壮苗生根促进作用最明显。

Comparison with the growth and taking- root of the Saintpaulia#$NBSionantha tissue culture seedling
Abstract:In this paper, subcultured and rooted with SaintpauliaSionantha upper leaves or buds leaves as aseptic materials, discussed the effect that the exogenous hormones on the differentiation of adventitious buds and subculture multiplication and adventitious root initiation, and screeninged the suitable scope of hormone levels, optimized the tissue culture system of SaintpauliaSionantha, improved the plant regeneration rate. The results indicated: It had a certain influence to the plant height, leaf number, the number of adventitious roots, the chlorophyll content if tested in different subculture medium formula and rooted medium formula . The multiplication formula 1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L +NAA 0.1 mg/L was best for the growth of the plants, The rooting media 1/2 MS+NAA 0.05 mg/L+3% cane sugar had the most obvious effect on the rooting of SaintpauliaSionantha.
