德美亚1号玉米烘干工艺优化初探

摘    要:通过研究烘干温度和烘干时间对褐变率的影响,发现烘干温度和烘干时间对褐变有极显著影响。烘干温度越高,烘干时间越长,褐变率越高。通过室内试验研究,得到德美亚1号玉米烘干褐变率与烘干温度和烘干时间的预测模型,y=-13.086+0.289X1+1.045X2,其中y为褐变率(%),X1为烘干温度(℃),X2为烘干时间(h),X1取值范围30~80,X2取值范围2~10。

Abstract:The study showed that the drying temperature and the total drying time had significantly affect on the drying browning rate of maize . The higher the drying temperature and the longer the total drying time ,the higher the browning rate . By the research in the lab ,we found the prediction model between the browning rate and the drying temperature ,the total drying time ,y= -13 .086+0 .289X1 +1 .045X2 ,y -the brow n‐ing rate(% ) ,X1 -the drying temperature( ℃) ,X2 -the total drying time ,the value range of X1 is 30~80 , the value range of X2 is 2~10 .
