| 摘 要： | 随着数字时代的到来,新兴技术的应用、海量信息的涌现,越来越多的非图书馆组织介入到信息服务领域。阐述了图书馆存在的必要性和大学图书馆服务价值的内涵及影响价值的因素,并提出了实现大学图书馆服务价值的主要措施。
