| 摘 要： | 舆情信息工作是畅通社情民意提高执政水平的有效途径,是掌握社会动态促进社会和谐的重要基础。国家图书馆作为主要的信息服务机构,依据自身的资源优势和人才优势开展舆情信息服务工作。所制作的舆情信息服务产品客观反应社会大众对于社会热点问题的关注,为进一步分析舆情动态、形成政策依据、提供信息预警搭建了桥梁,成为用户掌握政务舆情的可靠工具。

| Abstract: | Public opinion information service is the important way to reflect public opinion, and is effective way to improve governance. National Library of China as the main information services institution, based on its own dominant position of resources and personnel to carry out public opinion information services for Government users. The information service products follow closely with the general public policy, social hotspot issues, in order to further analyze public opinion trend, form the basis or policy development, provide early warning information, and became a reliable tool for the users. |
