| 摘 要： | 2012－2013年，在福建三明市以3年生夏黑葡萄为试材，研究设施促早栽培对夏黑葡萄物候期、果实品质、产量及效益等多方面的影响。结果表明，设施促早栽培可使葡萄提早供应市场，果实成熟期提早17d以上，单位面积收益明显提高。同时夏黑果实总糖、总酸和维生素 C 含量与普通设施栽培无显著差异，很好地保持了葡萄果实的固有品质。

| Abstract: | Three-year-old Xiahei grape plants were used to study the effect of the early-maturing cultivation facility atSanming city on the phenology,quality and yield of the grapes,during 20 1 2 and 20 1 3. The cultivation shortened thefruit maturity time by more than 1 7 days which provided the grapes for early marketing with an increased profitmargin.Meanwhile,the total sugar,acidity and vitamin C contents of the fruits were not found significantlydifferent from those of the conventionally cultivated grapes. |
