| 摘 要： | 为了适应社会经济发展对土地利用研究的需要,对土地利用功能变化的研究逐渐增多。目前对土地利用功能缺乏统一的内涵界定和科学合理的评价体系。综述国内外土地利用功能研究进展,在现有研究基础上对土地利用功能内涵界定观点进行总结归纳,现阶段土地利用功能评价相关研究以定性研究为主,局限于理论研究,定量及实证研究较少。随着研究技术手段的不断提高,对土地利用功能的研究必将不断深入,由理论向实证、定性向定量方向发展。

| Abstract: | In order to adapt to the development of social and economic requirement for land use study, the research on land-use function risen and developed gradually. At present there is no unified definition and the scientific and reasonable evaluation system of land-use function. Review the research progress of land-use function at home and abroad, and summarize the land-use function definition on the basis of existing research. The existing land-use function evaluation related research is mainly on qualitative, limited to the theoretical research, and the quantitative and empirical research is less. With the continuous improvement of research techniques, the research of land-use function will be deeper, and the research direction from the theory to the empirical and qualitative to quantitative. |
