| 摘 要： | 为筛选对草地贪夜蛾有效的药剂,采用浸渍法测定了21种常用杀虫剂对草地贪夜蛾幼虫或卵的毒杀活性。结果表明,药后72h,7种药剂对草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫的校正死亡率达到80%以上,5种药剂对草地贪夜蛾4龄幼虫的校正死亡率达到80%以上,4种药剂对草地贪夜蛾5龄幼虫的校正死亡率达到80%以上,3种药剂对草地贪夜蛾卵的校正孵化抑制率达到85%以上。该研究结果可为生产上化学防控草地贪夜蛾的用药方案提供指导和参考依据。

Indoor activity of common insecticides against Spodoptera frugiperda larvae and eggs |

| Abstract: | In order to screen out effective pesticides against Spodoptera frugiperda, the toxic activity of 21 common insecticides against Spodoptera frugiperda larvae or eggs were determined by the dipping method. The results showed that 72 hours after the treatment, there were 7,5 and 4 insecticides that the corrected mortality rate was over 80% against the 3rd, 4th and 5th instar larvae of Spodoptera frugiperda, respectively. And there were 3 insecticides that the corrected hatching inhibition rate was over 85% against the eggs of Spodoptera frugiperda. The results of this study can provide guidance and reference for the chemical control of Spodoptera frugiperda. |
