摘    要:蛋鸡生长发育和生产过程受各种环境因子的影响,如温度、氨气、光照和二氧化碳等,其中温度和氨气是鸡舍冷热环境和空气质量环境控制中最为重要的两个方面,明确蛋鸡对重要环境因子的生理反应机制对鸡舍环境控制意义重大。文章综述了鸡舍内主要环境因子对蛋鸡影响机制的研究进展,尤其是温度和氨气对蛋鸡生产性能和生理影响的研究现状,总结了目前关于环境因子对蛋鸡影响机制研究的不足之处,并基于现代规模化鸡舍通风管理方式和空气质量状况,给出未来在环境因子对蛋鸡影响的研究中应加强多目标因子耦合调控的建议。

Abstract:Laying hens are faced with various environmental factors such as temperature,ammonia,light and carbon dioxide during their growing development and production process.Among them,temperature and ammonia are the two most important factors of the indoor hot&cold environment and air quality,respectively.It is of great significance to clarify the physiological response mechanism of laying hens to important environmental factors for the poultry house indoor environment control.This article reviewed and summarized the research progress of the main environmental factors affecting the laying hens in the hen house,especially the research status of the effects of temperature and ammonia on the productive performance and physiology of the laying hens.Based on the status of modern large-scale poultry house ventilation management and air quality,it is suggested that researches on the impact of interactions between multi-target environmental factors on laying hens should be strengthened in the future.
