摘    要:随着我国经济发展和人民生活水平的日益提高,人们对大米外观品质和食用品质的要求越来越高,这就需要对稻米加工精深加工,于是各种新技术、新工艺、新产品不断涌现。为此,论述了稻米加工的若干种新技术。

Abstract:Along with the progression of the economy and the improving of living level of the people, the demand for the appearance and food quality is more and more high. So the finishing processing of the rice is necessary. Then many new technology and new product unceasingly come forth. The paper gave a broad overview of the new technology of rice processing.
