| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的快速发展,国有农机流通企业受到的冲击最大。但国有农机流通企业改制后建立的新农机经营体制,仍存在较多问题,其根源在于农机流通企业发展的最大障碍是管理缺乏科学性。当前,农机流通企业若要健康发展的5个条件是：管理观念要科学、管理决策要科学、管理体制要科学、管理制度要科学、管理方法要科学。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of market economy,the state-owned agricultural machinery flow enterprises faced the greatest impact.However,the state-owned agricultural machinery flow enterprises set up new machinery operating system,there are still more problems,rooted in the lack of scientific management.At present,five conditions that enterprises develop health1y are：scientific management,scientific management decision-making,scientific management system,scientific management system,scientific management methods. |
