威灵仙多糖的提取工艺研究

摘    要:试验对威灵仙多糖的提取工艺进行了研究,比较了料液比、提取时间、提取温度、醇沉浓度4个因素对多糖提取率的影响。并采用正交设计法优化提取条件,确定了最佳的提取工艺为:料液比(g/ml)1:15、提取时间15h、提取温度80℃、乙醇浓度80%。选择此工艺提取多糖,多糖提取率为7.57%。

Abstract:The extracting technique of polysaccharide from Clematis chinensis Osbeck was studied in this paper. Polysaccharide was extracted by water.The time,temperature ,ethyl alcohol concentration and water weight ratio were considered as the main factors affecting this extraction.The experiments were first done on single factors.Then the orthogonal layout L9(34)was used.Results showed that the high extraction rate was 7.57% at optimum conditions of the weight of Clematis chinensis Osbeck/water ratio of 1:15, 15h, 80℃ , and the ethyl alcohol concentration of 80%.
