辛酸硫酸铵法提纯鸡抗新城疫病毒(NDV)IgG效果观察

摘    要:用辛酸硫酸铵法对鸡血清中的抗新城疫病毒IgG进行了提取和纯化。提纯后的抗体纯度较高,但仍有杂蛋白存在;紫外法测得纯化前血清的蛋白浓度为45.6042mg/mL,纯化后为5.933mg/mL;纯化前、后Ⅲ的效价分别为2^-10、2^-7.

Abstract:The IgG against Newcastle disease virus in chichen was extracted and purified by the method of caprylic acid ammonium sulfate precipitation.The purity of antibody purified by caprylic acid ammonium sulfate precipitation was high,but still had impurity protein;the purity of protein before purification was 45.6042 mg/mL,and after purification was 5.933 mg/mL with UV detection;the titer of HI before purification and after purification was 2-10,2-7 respectively.
