摘    要:以郑单958和陕单2552为材料,通过快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学技术研究旱作条件下3种施氮水平在拔节期、扬花期和成熟期对两个玉米品种的光系统II(PSII)反应中心原初光化学反应的影响。结果表明,氮素水平对玉米光合功能的调控效应依玉米品种、生育时期有所不同,拔节期郑单958的光合性能指数值(PI)明显高于陕单2552,主要在于其较高的光能捕获能力(PTR)和反应中心活性(RC/ABS);中等施氮条件下能提高玉米的PI,高氮处理下PI和光合速率(Pn)并没有继续增加。扬花期,两个品种及其氮素处理间的PI、Pn和叶绿素含量差别较小。成熟期玉米的生长能力减弱,光合能力降低,郑单958的PI、Pn、叶绿素含量在不施氮和中等施氮条件下较陕单2552表现出优势。

Abstract:One year maize field experiment was conducted at a research farm of Northwest A&F University,located in Shaanxi,Yangling,China.The experiment was a completely randomized block design with three N treatments and two different maize varieties,and replicated three times.The aim was to test the effects of nitrogen rates without irrigation on the primary photochemical reaction of photosynthetic system II(PSII) reaction centers of two genotypes at jointing stage,flowering stage and mature stage.The results showed that the effects of nitrogen rates on photosynthetic functions are different according to the varieties at growing stages.At jointing stage,the photosynthetic index(PI) of Zhengdan958 was obviously higher than Shandan2552,it was attributed to high PTR and RC/ABS.At flowering stage,there was little difference in PI,photosynthesis(Pn) and chlorophyll content among the treatments with the increase for nitrogen.At maturity stage,the growth of maize became slow and photosynthetic capability decrease,so PI,Pn and chlorophyll content of Zhengdan958 were higher significantly than that of Shandan2552,especially without nitrogen or moderate nitrogen rate addition.
